If you are a contracted Coordinated Care provider, you can register now. If you are a non-contracted provider, you will be able to register after you submit your first claim.
Once you have created an account, you can use the Coordinated Care provider portal to:
- Verify member eligibility
- Manage claims
- Manage authorizations
- View patient list
- Login/Register

Beginning in 2022 we have a new BH Agency Fee Schedule in effect for our Behavioral Health agencies. If you want a copy of the fee schedule, or have questions, please reach out to your Provider Network Specialist or Negotiator.
