Please join us for a New Provider Orientation/Refresher training. The dates for the webinar sessions are listed below. Each session will last approximately one hour and will cover a number of topics such as:
- Overview of Coordinated Care Health plan
- Provider Participation Responsibilities
- Prior Authorization Guidelines
- Claims Submission and Billing Tips
- Web Tools
- Secure Provider Portal

Please include the following information in your RSVP:
- Date of Webinar
- Name and Title of Attendee
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Group Name
- Group Tax Identification Number
- Group NPI
Once your RSVP is processed you will receive an email invitation to join the meeting via Zoom. If possible, please register 48 hours in advance of requested date.
