Benefits and Services
Coordinated Care members can learn more about your benefits on the Benefits Overview pages. Services may vary based on the county where you live. This is based on State Legislation to shift to a whole-person approach to care delivery. The approach is being rolled out by county and will eventually apply to all of Washington.
Coordinated Care provides your Washington Apple Health benefits, plus more. In this section, you can learn about the health benefits, pharmacy services and value added services Coordinated Care offers.
All services must be medically necessary. Your Primary Care Provider will work with you to make sure you get the services you need. These services must be given by your Primary Care Provider or by another provider that your Primary Care Provider refers you to.
Some services may:
- Have coverage limits.
- Need a doctor’s order.
- Need prior approval.
*Some Medicaid members may not have all the benefits listed.
