Support for Mental Health

Coordinated Care maintains a network of local mental health providers for members to choose from and visit without a referral. You can seek mental health care without going to your Primary Care Physician (PCP) first. Your PCP may also provide mental health care within their office. Coordinated Care works with our PCPs to provide education on mental health screening and guidelines for providing mental health care within the clinic.

Search our provider directory to find a local mental health provider. Using the detailed search option, select "Behavioral Health" under “Type of Provider.” Then under specialty, select the type of specialist you're looking for, such as nurse or counselor. Our team of care coordination staff can also help you find a provider, schedule an appointment, and arrange transportation.
