IMPORTANT UPDATE EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2026

In accordance with 42 CFR 438.602(b), all prescribers must be enrolled with the Health Care Authority (HCA). Effective April 1, 2026, any prescription written by a prescriber not recognized by the HCA will be rejected at your patient’s pharmacy (some exceptions may apply). 

You have been identified as a prescriber who is not currently enrolled with the Health Care Authority. Please visit HCA's website for more information on how to enroll as a provider with the HCA.
