On April 22, 2024, UnitedHealth Group issued a press release, providing an update on the Change Healthcare cybersecurity incident that occurred on Feb. 21, 2024. Given the size of the data impacted, the investigation to determine whose data is impacted is expected to take several months. UnitedHealth Group believes this situation will impact “a substantial proportion of people in America” and is offering immediate credit monitoring and identity protection services, as well as a dedicated contact center to address questions. New Coordinated Care ID Card Effective January 1, 2024

In December, most Coordinated Care and Apple Health Core Connections members will receive a new member ID card from Coordinated Care. The new ID card will be effective on January 1, 2024.

We are sending a new card because we updated the pharmacy information. Coordinated Care is changing our Pharmacy Benefit Manager from CVS to Express Scripts.

There is no change for BHSO members and they will not receive a new ID card.

What members should do now through Dec. 31, 2023

  • Keep using your current ID card through Dec. 31, 2023. Your new ID card won’t work before January 1, 2024.

What members should do on January 1, 2024

  • Start using your new card on January 1, 2024. You will need the new card to get your prescriptions.
  • Throw away your old card.

The front of the 2024 ID card includes the following Rx codes:

  • RXBIN: 003858
  • RBPCN: MA
  • RXGRP: 2FEA
