Telehealth (also called telemedicine) is the use of computers and mobile devices to access health care services remotely.
Your doctor may offer telehealth services. Teladoc is a convenient way for Coordinated Care members to access telehealth services. With Teladoc, you receive 24-hour access to in-network Coordinated Care healthcare providers for non-emergency health issues. It's available for members to use from home or the office in the State of Washington.

Use telehealth for illnesses such as:
Colds, flu and fevers
Sinus problems, allergies
Upper respiratory infections, bronchitis
Rash, skin conditions
Behavioral Health*
Smoking Cessation
* Teladoc behavioral health services are only available to Coordinated Care members 18 years and older at this time. Behavioral Health Services Only (BHSO) members are only covered for behavioral health telehealth services from Teladoc or any Coordinated Care provider.

Check with your healthcare provider to see if they offer telehealth services. Telehealth services offered by the Coordinated Care network of providers are available at no cost.
